A simpler certification and registration process

Apprenticeship Certificates England (ACE) is a system that has been developed specifically to make it easier for you to monitor and claim certificates. ACE is operated by the Alliance of Sector Skills Councils in their role as the apprenticeship 'certifying authority' for England. ACE system was created to simplify administrative requirements and digitise the process, bringing an end to the old paper-based system. For example, ACE stores all previous evidence of achievements that an apprentice has to show in order to claim their certificate. In addition to requesting certificates, learning providers and employers can now enter details of all their apprentices onto the ACE system at an earlier stage in the process allowing you to keep a record of your apprentices' achievements as they progress. In other words, no more endless chasing bits of paper! You simply tally achievements as you go along.

There will be no charge to register with the ACE online system. The cost of all certificates has been set at £22.00 per certificate where payment is to be made out to us. This charge has been set by the Alliance to cover the costs for running the certification system.

All certificate requests for England must be submitted via ACE.

To register your centre, please enter your details directly on the ACE website. Once your registration is confirmed, we will be in touch with your login/password and training information on how to use the system. For more information, please contact us.
