Welsh Customer Service Apprenticeship Framework Review

Instructus Skills have been commissioned to undertake a review of the Customer Service apprenticeship framework for Wales. Please note, we are only reviewing the Welsh Customer Service apprenticeship framework and are not reviewing the combined qualifications within the framework (Level 2 / Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service).

It’s essential that we get views from Welsh employers and key stakeholders as part of the review process.
