Surveys

Your insight and involvement in developing requirements for business skills is vital. To keep these requirements up to date, we are seeking your views on what defines successful business skills. Whether we are developing National Occupational Standards (NOS), qualifications or an apprenticeship framework we would like to hear from you.

Take part by completing our latest consultation surveys below.

Modern Apprenticeships (MA) frameworks in Scotland

Skills CFA have been commissioned to undertake reviews of the following Modern Apprenticeships (MA) frameworks in Scotland:

• Business Administration levels 2, 3 and 4

• Customer Service levels 2 and 3

It’s essential that we get views from Scottish employers and key stakeholders as part of the MA review process. Please provide us with your feedback on the Business Administration and/or Customer Service MA frameworks.

This survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. All information provided will be treated in confidence. The deadline for completion of this survey is Friday 25 November.

Reviewing the Interpreting National Occupational Standards

Instructus Skills are reviewing the Interpreting National Occupational Standards. The aim of the review project is to create a revised set of standards which reflect interpreting current practice and the skills and knowledge required by professional interpreters.

Instructus Skills have developed an online survey to gather feedback on:

a) the proposed re-structuring of the interpreting NOS suite
b) the high level functional map for professional interpreters.

The functional map describes, in a structured way, the functions carried out by professional interpreters. We would therefore like to ask for your help in identifying whether you think the functions accurately reflect the work undertaken by professional interpreters.

This survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. All information provided will be treated in confidence. The deadline for completion of this survey is Monday 19 December.
